Dr. Edward embarked on his journey in dental medicine at Rajas Dental College, Vadakkangulam, where he completed his BDS in 1994. He further specialized in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, obtaining his MDS from Ragas Dental College, Chennai, in 2000. These foundational years set the stage for a career that would be dedicated to innovation, excellence, and compassionate care.
With over two decades of experience, Dr. Edward has become a respected figure in dental and maxillofacial surgery. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including Maxillofacial Trauma, Cosmetic Orthognathic Surgery, Rhinoplasty, Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery, and Dental & Maxillofacial Implantology. His approach to care is comprehensive, addressing not just the symptoms but the overall wellbeing of his patients.
Dr. Edward is not only known for his clinical skills but also for his significant contributions to dental education. With 23 years of teaching experience, he has shaped the minds of future dentists and surgeons, holding prestigious positions such as Professor and Head of the Department at leading dental institutes.
Among his many achievements, Dr. Edward has been recognized nationally for pioneering indigenous techniques in Maxillofacial Surgery. His commitment to the field is evident through his role as an international consultant, his active participation in professional associations, and his editorial contributions to dental journals.
Dr. Edward's passion for his work extends beyond the clinic and classroom. He has authored numerous publications and presented at both national and international forums, sharing his knowledge and research findings to advance dental health practices globally.
